We do not offer “buy-backs” at this time. The reason for this is the unknown condition of the unused cards after an event has taken place.

If you don’t want to chance being left with any unused cards, we suggest ordering a smaller number for your first Mischief event. You will notice, however, that the unit price per package greatly decreases with larger quantities. For example, in comparing the 250 Sets package with 500 Sets package, the 500 Sets is only $100 more (+ tax) for twice the amount of trading cards.

If unused cards are kept in good condition, you’ll be able to use them at another event. We recommend storing them at room temperature or slightly cooler; somewhere dry, with low humidity.

We only offer refunds on clothing. If you have an issue with any of our products (including cards), please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.

 

Clothing Refund Policy:

Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition for a refund to be issued.

All refunds will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.

$6.50 CAD will be deducted from any refund due to processing fees.
